Erasmus and international
agreement students

1. La Universidad de Sevilla ofrece a sus estudiantes de intercambio 2 cursos  de español cuatrimestrales gratuitos, que consisten en dos clases semanales de noventa minutos de duración cada una, estructuradas en cuatro niveles diferentes. El valor de estos cursos en créditos es de 4,5.

2. Los estudiantes extranjeros interesados en asistir a los cursos de español impartidos por el Instituto de Idiomas de la Universidad de Sevilla tendrán que matricularse previamente en la Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales (Avda. de Ciudad Jardín, 20-22). Podrán hacerlo:                           

   PRIMER CUATRIMESTRE: del 8 de septiembre al 4 de octubre de 2022.  MATRÍCULA LIBRE: Del 14 de octubre al 2 de noviembre de 2022.

   SEGUNDO CUATRIMESTRE: del 1 de febrero al 1 de marzo de 2023. MATRÍCULA LIBRE: del 1 de febrero al 1 de marzo de 2023.

3. Los estudiantes extranjeros de movilidad (programa ERASMUS/convenios) deberán presentar un documento oficial para acreditar su nivel de español en Relaciones Internacionales antes de iniciar sus estudios en el Instituto de Idiomas. 

    

4. Solo los estudiantes que aprueben el examen del nivel en el que han estado matriculados en el primer cuatrimestre podrán matricularse en un nivel superior en el segundo cuatrimestre. Si no aprueban podrán matricularse otra vez en el nivel que no han superado, EN NINGÚN CASO PODRÁN MATRICULARSE EN EL NIVEL SUPERIOR. La matrícula en estos dos casos (alumnos aprobados o suspensos que ya han estado matriculados en el Instituto de Idiomas en el primer cuatrimestre) SE REALIZARÁ POR CORREO ELECTRÓNICO, ENVIANDO LA SIGUIENTE SOLICITUD CON TODOS LOS DATOS A LA DIRECCIÓN DE CORREO:matriculasidi@us.es. 5. Podrá solicitar la anulación de la matrícula en el plazo de 10 días hábiles desde la finalización del plazo de matrícula. Vea la información aquí. La anulación supone el cese de los efectos académicos con la consiguiente pérdida de los derechos a evaluación. 
6. Para acceder a la secretaría virtual (consulta de expediente, etc.) tendrán que SOLICITAR una CLAVE. Para solicitarla dicha clave pinche aquí. Si tienen alguna duda, pueden acudir personalmente a uno de los siguientes lugares: Cualquier Aula de Informática de la Universidad. El SOS de Alumnos, sito en Avda. Reina    Mercedes (Edificio Rojo)
7. Para cualquier tema relacionado con los cursos de idiomas, pueden dirigirse a la secretaría del Instituto de Idiomas (Avda. de Reina Mercedes s/n), en los horarios de atención al público.
8. Las calificaciones obtenidas por los estudiantes en los cursos de español, formarán parte de su expediente académico y, por tanto, serán incluidas en el certificado académico oficial que la Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales enviará a su universidad.

1. The University of Seville offers it’s foreign exchange students two free one-term Spanish courses which consist of two weekly 90-minute sessions and are available at different levels.  These are 4.5 credit classes. 

2. Those foreign students interested in doing  Spanish courses offered by the Instituto de Idiomas of the University of Seville must be registered in the International Relations Office (Avenida de Ciudad Jardín, 20-22).They may so:

   FIRST TERM: from September 8^th to 4^th, 2022. REGISTRATION FOR LIBRE STUDENTS*: from October 14^th to November 2^th, 2022.

   SECOND TERM: from February 1^st to March 1st , 2023. REGISTRATION FOR LIBRE STUDENTS*: from February 1^st to March 1st , 2023.

3. Foreign students here on mobility programs (Erasmus program/interuniversity agreements) must present an official document that accredits their level of Spanish at Relaciones Internacionales before they can begin to study at the Instituto de Idiomas.

4. Students who do not pass can register in the same level; those who wish to do so must do by writing to matriculasidi@us.es. Click here to download the application.

5. Students can request that their registration be annulled within 10 working days of the end of the registration period. See more información here. Annulment of the registration implies the cessation of academic recognition, including the loss of the right to be evaluated.

7. For information about anything related to their language courses, students should go to the Instituto de Idiomas Secretaries’ Office (Avda. de Reina Mercedes, no number) during opening hours:
8. The grades obtained by students in their Spanish courses will form part of their academic transcript and will be included in the official academic certificate that the Office of International Relations will send to their university.
