“Official Students”

- La matrícula se realizará de forma presencial en Secretaria con cita previa.
- El formulario (IMPRESO_MATRICULA.pdf) se entregará junto con el pasaporte o NIE (siempre que incluya fotografía) dentro del plazo de matrícula establecido. La Secretaría le entregará la carta de pago para que abone el precio de su matrícula.
- El importe de la matrícula se abonará en cualquiera de las sucursales del Banco Santander.
- Podrá solicitar la anulación de la matrícula. Pinche aquí para más información. La anulación supone el cese de los efectos académicos con la consiguiente pérdida de los derechos a evaluación.
- Los alumnos oficiales deberán obtener OBLIGATORIAMENTE una clave personal para consultar en la web el resultado de su examen escrito, la fecha y hora de su examen oral y los resultados y notas finales. Esta clave se podrá obtener, previa presentación del DNI o pasaporte, en cualquier aula de informática de la Universidad o en el SOS de Alumnos (Avda. Reina Mercedes, Edificio Rojo, sótano, despacho S.02.

The form (IMPRESO_MATRICULA_2021-22.pdf) must be turned in within the registration period, accompanied by a photocopy of the student’s passport (or foreign resident ID card). At the Secretaries’ Office the student will receive a payment slip so that he/she can make a deposit of the registration fee.

The registration fee must be deposited in an office of the Santander Bank.

Students can request that their registration be annulled. See more here Annulment of the registration implies the cessation of academic recognition, including the loss of the right to be examined.

In order to see the result of their written exam, the date and time of their oral exam, the result of the oral exam or their final mark on the web page, official students MUST obtain a personal password. This password can be obtained by presenting their ID card or passport in any University computer room or in the SOS de Alumnos. The SOS de Alumnos is located in Avda. Reina Mercedes, in the basement of the Edificio Rojo [Red Building], office S.02.

PRIMER CUATRIMESTRE: del 8 de septiembre al 4 de octubre de 2022. MATRÍCULA LIBRE: Del 14 de octubre al 2 de noviembre de 2022.
SEGUNDO CUATRIMESTRE: del 1 de febrero al 1 de marzo de 2023. MATRÍCULA LIBRE: del 1 de febrero al 1 de marzo de 2023.
*Los estudiantes que hagan la matrícula libre pueden hacer el examen pero no pueden asistir a clase.

FIRST TERM: from September 8th to 4th, 2022. REGISTRATION FOR LIBRE STUDENTS*: from October 14th to November 2th, 2022.
SECOND TERM: from February 1st to March 1st , 2023. REGISTRATION FOR LIBRE STUDENTS*: from February 1st to March 1st , 2023.
* Libre students can sit the exams but cannot attend classes. |
