¿QUÉ GARANTÍAS O LIMITACIONES POSEE LA PRUEBA?

Esta prueba de clasificación de los cursos de español ha sido diseñada por el Área de Español. Sus ítems han sido calibrados según coeficientes de dificultad e índices de discriminación para situar a los estudiantes en cursos que se corresponden con los niveles descritos en el Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las Lenguas (MCERL) del Consejo de Europa.

No obstante, debido a que la prueba no incluye partes para comprobar la expresión oral, comprensión lectora y comprensión auditiva, una vez el candidato asista al grupo determinado, el profesor del grupo podrá comprobar la adecuación y conveniencia de dicho curso para el estudiante y en caso de que así lo considere, aconsejará al alumno un cambio a un grupo de mayor o menor nivel que garantice mejor su aprendizaje.

WHAT GUARANTEES OR LIMITATIONS DOES THE TEST HAVE?

This Spanish course classification test has been designed by the Spanish Department (of the Language Institute). The items were calibrated based on coefficients of difficulty and discrimination indices so as to place the students in the appropriate level for them as described by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL).

However, due to the fact that the test does not include parts to check oral expression, reading comprehension and listening comprehension, once the candidate attends the determined group, the professor of the group will be able to verify the adequacy and convenience of said course for the student and in If he considers it so, he will advise the student to change to a higher or lower level group that better guarantees their learning.
